Classic cottage · compact living
Melim Residence
A two-bedroom, two-bath cottage that lives big, with a vaulted central great room and wraparound porch.
Melim demonstrates how a compact home can live big through thoughtful planning and generous connections to the outdoors. Two bedrooms and two bathrooms accompany a large, vaulted central great room.
The design
A wraparound porch extends the living experience outdoors, while windows from the kitchen to the rear porch connect the two spaces. Classic cottage styling, warm wood siding, and stone accents give the home a welcoming character.
