Traditional cottage
Perricone Residence
Simple gabled forms, green siding, a sheltered entry, and rooftop solar panels.
Perricone gives traditional cottage forms a simple, restrained expression. Intersecting gables, green horizontal siding, and a stone base create a restrained residential composition.
The design
A sheltered entry porch and an upper deck add outdoor spaces, while simple trim and carefully spaced windows give the two-story exterior a clear rhythm.
