Jeff Davis is a clean, modern interpretation of mid-century residential design. CMU masonry, a floating cantilevered roof, and simple geometric forms create a restrained but distinctive composition.
The challenge
The plan needed to create clear separation between public and private life on a compact urban site while bringing daylight, landscape, and privacy into the center of the house.
The design
Public living spaces are organized to the left and private spaces to the right, with both sides opening toward an interior garden court. Intentionally minimal finishes allow geometry, structure, and natural light to define the character of the home.
