Design response
The plan clusters primary suite, laundry, and kitchen on one finished floor. Bath blocking and door widths anticipate future needs without compromising proportion or light.
Site & permitting
ROW and sight-line requirements shaped garage placement; interior path outcomes were modeled alongside exterior grading early.
