Concept design
Ultimate Flex is a multigenerational housing concept built around three complete private suites and a shared family gathering space. It gives extended families a way to live together while retaining personal space and independence.
The challenge
A shared home must accommodate different daily routines, arrivals, guests, and expectations of privacy. Adding bedrooms alone does not resolve those relationships.
The design
Private suites, separate exterior access, and dedicated parking allow each household to maintain its own rhythm. Shared kitchen, dining, and living areas offer a place to come together by choice. The plans show alternative configurations for different footprints.
Site & planning
A concept is a starting point for a site-specific home. Suite arrangements, access, accessibility, and local requirements are developed around the property and household.
