Georgetown homes, from historic rooms to new neighborhoods.

Georgetown offers several ways to make a home: near the historic square, in an active-adult community, within a new mixed-use neighborhood, or on a larger property outside town. Our work here includes both individual residences and attached housing.

An ambitious program made comfortable

Texas Brownstones at the Rivery combined fee-simple ownership, zero-lot-line homes, rooftop decks, residential elevators, and enclosed two-car garages. The design and project-specific approvals supported a walkable alternative to the detached homes familiar to many Georgetown buyers. Coordinating fire access, utilities, trees, and driveways was as important as the architecture of the homes.

Preserving what made a house worth keeping

The Burke Residence adapted a late-1800s Georgetown home for a modern family. The work enlarged enclosed rooms, modernized the kitchen and bathrooms, and added the primary suite facilities the owners needed. Built-ins and woodworking continued the existing details so the new work would feel at home with the old.

Room for a different stage of life

Some buyers discover Georgetown through Sun City, then explore alternatives nearby. Others begin with a wish for acreage around Andice, Florence, Jonah, or Liberty Hill. We connect those choices to the home’s requirements: convenient entrances, private family spaces, outdoor rooms, garage needs, and room for future changes. Utilities and septic feasibility need early attention when evaluating an outlying property.
