Where we work /

Homes shaped around the land and the view.

A lake or Hill Country property brings specific design opportunities: a distant view, a wooded slope, a sheltered courtyard, or a porch facing the water. The home’s placement must also work with the driveway, drainage, utilities, and ground beneath it.

Design the approach as carefully as the view

A sloping site affects how you arrive, where vehicles stop, and how you move between the house and outdoor spaces. We consider those relationships together with the rooms and openings. W Lakeview on Lake Travis and Lafayette Park Road in Jonestown are part of the portfolio to explore when thinking about a home in this region.

Choose the community and confirm the services

Lakeway, Bee Cave, Spicewood, Briarcliff, Lago Vista, Point Venture, and Jonestown offer different locations around the Lake Travis area. In Lago Vista, obtain a city utility estimate before buying. For any property, confirm the service provider, extension needs, and wastewater arrangements; where septic is needed, investigate its feasibility before committing the available land to a house, pool, and driveway.

A regional search, a property-specific design

The search may extend to Marble Falls, Horseshoe Bay, Kingsland, Burnet, Bertram, Dripping Springs, Driftwood, or Wimberley. Decide whether you want a view, waterfront, access to a marina, or simply space outdoors. Then investigate tree protection, excavation, soils, and applicable restrictions. A tree, topographic, boundary, and improvement survey gives us a measured basis for the design; a preliminary property review can help narrow the search before you commission it.
